Application for Lobbying
The following form is the Application for Lobbying which must be submitted for every resolution approved in principle or approved as amended. If you want the CDCBA Board to consider lobbying your resolution, we must have this form on file. The preferred method of submission is by completing the form and submitting. Instructions appear on the form.
